But this time, I would like to shout out to Dan, your AMAZING EXCELLENT Staff! Not only by his professional customer service skill but he has done...an exceptional job for us which he helped us took the beautiful photos and wondeful videos by guiding us which is the best spot and when is the right time to get the nice shoot. Dan also assisted us 3 times by changing our seats as we were seated at a corner due to the strong waves but at the end, Dan managed to move us to the VIP Seat thay next to the DJ! Thank you, Dan! This visit is quite important for me and my wife as we brought our friends to Rock Bar after they listened to our recommendations, and as a result, we nailed it! But it is because of Dan, WE ROCK IT! All these were expected. What wasn't expected was the level of service. Everyone was great! And one person ultimately stood...out - DAN! He is a gem! He takes incredible photos. And not only photos, amazing videos! This man has talent! His knowledge about the menu is outstanding. Recommending great drinks and even giving the background of each cocktails. And what made us loved him even more? One of our friends was uncomfortable with our seats, Dan kindly offered to move us to one of the best tables to ensure that we had the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. To the management, I hope this man gets the recognition he deserves. Working in hospitality is not for everybody, it requires passion and dedication - both that Dan naturally has.
